Shifting Motherhood

Our Shifting Motherhood program offers flexible group and on-demand sessions, available both in-person and online over six weeks. Tailored for mothers with children aged 8 weeks to 4 years, this program empowers women with essential tools to practice effective self-care and enhance overall wellbeing.

​Through a combination of mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, and movement, we provide a holistic approach that incorporates vital mental health education.

​

This program is designed to support mothers in navigating their unique journeys, fostering resilience and promoting emotional health during this transformative stage of life.

Shifting IVF

Our Shifting IVF program consists of intimate online group sessions delivered over four weeks. Recognizing the significant impact that IVF can have on women’s mental, physical, and emotional health, this program emphasizes the importance of holistic practices during this vulnerable journey.

We adopt a trauma-informed and mind-body-spirit approach to support women before, during, and after their IVF experience. This includes creating a safe, empathetic environment where participants can openly explore their feelings and experiences.

 

Through self-care strategies, participants will cultivate resilience and enhance their overall wellbeing while navigating the complexities of IVF.

Shifting Mental Health

Our Shifting Mental Health program offers trauma-informed session available live online or on-demand over five weeks. This program focuses on nervous system regulation through breathwork and somatic practices, creating a supportive environment to promote good mental health.

We offer three types of programs: 

​

1. Somatic Yoga Program,

2. Restorative Yin Yoga Program

3. Breathwork Program

 These sessions are specifically designed for those who are new to yoga or have some experience, offering a welcoming space to explore and enjoy the therapeutic benefits of these practices at your own pace.

I feel blessed to live and work in Victoria and I would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of this country and their ancestors, the Wurundjeri People of the Northern Region of Melbourne, the Gunaikurnai People and the Bunurong People of the South Gippsland Region, where we live, learn, work and play. I pay my respects to my home country, Peru. I honour my ancestors, their traditions and cultures, the richness of our land, waters and community.
